What is your home worth in the Aberdeen area? Let Craig and his team at Mickelson Realtors prepare a free home valuation, or CMA on your property.

CMA is short for  “Comparative Market Analysis,” a report prepared by a real estate agent that provides data comparing your home to similar properties in the market.

  1. The first thing we do is evaluate the information you submit below.
  2. Next, we walk through your property. This is generally not complicated. We won’t crawl under the house to examine the foundation, nor does the house need to be totally cleaned up and ready for an open house. It should just be in a condition that we’ll be able to make an accurate assessment of its condition and worth. Planning to improve or remodel before listing? Let us know.
  3. The final step is to run data on comparable properties (or “comps”). This data is usually available through our MLS (Multiple Listing Service), but we may know of properties that have sold without being part of the MLS–or just have more information than meets the eye.

The CMA process takes place before your home is listed for sale. This is a good assessment of what your house could potentially sell for. We are experts at helping our clients list their home at the best possible price, positioning it to sell at the earliest possible date.
