We loved working with Heather. We started our journey for a house by going to open houses just to see what was on the market. We didn’t actually talk to Heather, but listened to her talk to others at one of the open houses we were at. She was very kind and patient with the people. We looked at too many houses, but she could always tell they just didn’t suit us, and she kept looking for more. She let us take as long as we wanted to look at the houses, she answered all of our questions, she pointed out any issues or concerns she noted, as if she were the one buying the house. She was a wealth of information and when issues arose, she took care of them, keeping us informed and counseling us on next steps. She is by far, the best realtor we have ever worked with and we really miss seeing her and her kids.
